Please read these terms carefully before using SafeCircle.

By downloading, installing, or using SafeCircle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
SafeCircle is a family safety and location tracking application with real-time GPS tracking, geofencing, emergency SOS, crash detection, driving safety monitoring, family chat, and more.
- Real-time GPS location tracking for family members
- Smart geofencing with arrival/departure alerts
- Emergency SOS and crash detection
- Driving safety monitoring and reports
- Private family chat and check-in
Consent & Location Sharing
SafeCircle requires mutual consent from all family members for location sharing. By using this App, you agree to:
- Obtain consent from all family members before adding them to your circle
- Obtain parental/guardian consent before adding children under 13
- Not use location tracking to stalk, harass, or monitor anyone without consent
- Respect each member's right to pause or stop location sharing
⚠ Important: Using SafeCircle to track someone without their knowledge or consent is illegal in most jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from all tracked individuals.
Subscriptions & Payments
SafeCircle offers four subscription tiers:
- Demo (Free): 2 members, 1 geofence, 1 day history
- Basic ($4.99/mo): 5 members, 3 geofences, 7 days history
- Eco ($9.99/mo): 10 members, 10 geofences, 30 days history, crash detection
- Pro ($19.99/mo): 25 members, 50 geofences, 90 days history, all features
⚠ Important: Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Emergency Features
SafeCircle's SOS and crash detection features are supplementary safety tools and should not be relied upon as primary emergency services. Always call local emergency services (911, 112, etc.) in life-threatening situations. We do not guarantee delivery of emergency alerts in all conditions.
Location Accuracy
GPS accuracy depends on device hardware, environmental conditions, and satellite availability. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of location data. Location tracking may not function in areas with poor GPS coverage.
Intellectual Property
SafeCircle, including its design, source code, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of HKSolutions. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or redistribution is prohibited.
Disclaimer
SafeCircle is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted tracking, detection of all crashes, delivery of all alerts, or accuracy of driving safety data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HKSolutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of SafeCircle, including damages from inaccurate location data, failed emergency alerts, or service interruptions.
Termination
We may terminate access for misuse, including using tracking features without consent, harassment, or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Acil Durum Özellikleri
