HKSolutions ("we", "our", or "us") operates the LifeOS mobile application and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our platform.

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number (optional), and password hash when you create an account.
Module Data: Appointments, warranty records, bills, medications, reminders, notes, voice recordings, and noise measurements you choose to store.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for support and compatibility purposes.
Location Data: Only when you use the Noise Map feature and only with your explicit permission.

We NEVER collect: Browsing history, contacts, photos (except when you explicitly upload receipts), or any data beyond what is necessary for the features you use.

End-to-End Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
Secure Authentication: JWT-based token authentication with bcrypt password hashing.
Biometric Security: Optional biometric login adds an extra layer of protection.
Secure Infrastructure: Our servers are hosted in EU data centers compliant with GDPR regulations.
Minimal Access: Only essential personnel have access to server infrastructure. No one can read your encrypted data.

How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve LifeOS services
To send you reminders via push notifications, SMS, or voice calls (only when you opt in)
To process OCR scanning of your uploaded receipts and bills
To generate AI-powered voice transcriptions from your voice recordings
To provide bill analysis, anomaly detection, and consumption insights
To contribute anonymized noise data to community noise maps (only with your consent)

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

Payment Processors: Subscription payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never see your payment details.
Firebase: For push notification delivery only. No personal data is shared beyond device tokens.
Twilio: For SMS and voice call reminders, only when you enable these features. Only your phone number and reminder content are transmitted.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

Export: Download all your data at any time from the app settings.
Modify: Update or correct your personal information anytime.
Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Opt Out: Disable any notification channel or data collection feature independently.

Children's Privacy

LifeOS is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

Cookies & Tracking

The LifeOS mobile app does not use cookies. Our website uses only essential cookies required for functionality. We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
