Please read these terms carefully before using Privacy Shield.

By downloading, installing, or using Privacy Shield ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Privacy Shield is an enterprise-grade mobile security platform providing threat detection, VPN protection, network analysis, hardware tracker scanning, family safety, and device management across 28+ security modules.
- AI-powered security scanning and threat detection
- Built-in VPN with encrypted tunnel and leak testing
- BLE tracker and stalkerware detection
- Family protection with parental controls
- Enterprise MDM dashboard and compliance reporting
User Responsibilities
By using Privacy Shield, you agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the VPN feature for illegal activities
- Obtain consent from family members before enabling tracking features
- Not use security scanning features to harass or stalk others
⚠ Important: Privacy Shield's tracker detection and scanning features are designed for personal security. Using these features to monitor others without consent may violate local laws.
Subscriptions & Payments
Privacy Shield offers three subscription tiers:
- Free: Basic security scanning and WiFi analysis
- Pro: Advanced scanning, BLE detection, emergency SOS, biometric lock
- Enterprise: Full feature set with VPN, MDM, AI assistant, real-time monitoring
⚠ Important: Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
VPN Service
The VPN service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted VPN connectivity, specific server availability, or connection speeds. VPN must not be used for illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend VPN access for abuse.
Intellectual Property
Privacy Shield, including its security modules, AI engine, source code, algorithms, and design is the exclusive property of HKSolutions and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Privacy Shield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Detection of all security threats or malware
- Prevention of all cyberattacks or data breaches
- Continuous uninterrupted VPN or scanning service
- Accuracy of all BLE tracker or stalkerware detection
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HKSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Privacy Shield, including damages from security incidents, data loss, or false security assessments.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Privacy Shield for conduct that violates these Terms, including abuse of VPN service, misuse of scanning features, or failure to maintain valid licensing.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
- Uygulamayı tüm geçerli yasalara uygun şekilde kullanın
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, değiştirme veya dağıtma girişiminde bulunmayın
- VPN özelliğini yasa dışı faaliyetler için kullanmayın
- İzleme özelliklerini etkinleştirmeden önce aile üyelerinden onay alın
⚠ Önemli: Privacy Shield'ın izleyici tespit ve tarama özellikleri kişisel güvenlik için tasarlanmıştır. Bu özelliklerin onay olmadan başkalarını izlemek için kullanılması yerel yasaları ihlal edebilir.
Abonelikler ve Ödemeler
- Ücretsiz: Temel güvenlik taraması ve WiFi analizi
- Pro: Gelişmiş tarama, BLE tespiti, acil durum SOS, biyometrik kilit
- Enterprise: VPN, MDM, AI asistan, gerçek zamanlı izleme ile tam özellik seti
⚠ Önemli: Abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play Store aracılığıyla işlenir ve mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir.
Fikri Mülkiyet
Privacy Shield, güvenlik modülleri, AI motoru, kaynak kodu ve tasarımı dahil olmak üzere HKSolutions'ın münhasır mülkiyetidir.
Garanti Reddi
Privacy Shield herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sağlanır. Tüm güvenlik tehditlerinin tespitini, tüm siber saldırıların önlenmesini veya kesintisiz hizmeti garanti etmeyiz.
Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
HKSolutions, Privacy Shield kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu olmayacaktır.
