By downloading, installing, or using Radio Globe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Radio Globe is a mobile application that provides access to internet radio streams from around the world. The App aggregates radio station information from public sources and allows users to stream radio content.

Access to 40,000+ radio stations worldwide
Interactive 3D globe visualization
Favorites and recently played history
Background playback and sleep timer

Third-Party Content

Radio streams are provided by third-party radio stations. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any third-party content. Radio stations may:

Change their streaming URLs without notice
Temporarily or permanently go offline
Broadcast content that may not be suitable for all audiences

User Responsibilities

By using Radio Globe, you agree to:

Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Subscriptions & Payments

Radio Globe offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features:

Monthly Premium: $1.99/month
Yearly Premium: $9.99/year

Important: Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store settings.

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store according to their refund policies. HKSolutions does not directly process payments or refunds.

Intellectual Property

The Radio Globe app, including its design, logos, and code, is the property of HKSolutions and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Radio content belongs to the respective radio stations and broadcasters.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Radio Globe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Continuous, uninterrupted access to any radio station
Accuracy of station information or stream availability
Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HKSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Radio Globe.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Radio Globe at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
