Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using Secure Vault Starter Kit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not purchase or use the product.

What You Are Buying

Secure Vault Starter Kit is a commercial source-code product for Android developers. You receive the source, the documentation and the setup tooling as a downloadable archive. It is not a hosted service, and there is nothing to keep running on our side.

Licence

The buyer uses the source in their own end product. The kit may not be resold, repackaged as a template, or published as source.

Use the source in your own end product
Modify it freely for that purpose
Do not resell the kit or any part of it
Do not repackage it as a template or starter
Do not publish the source publicly

An extended licence is available for products that are themselves sold to end users. The licence file inside the archive is the authoritative text.

Payments

Purchases are one-time payments handled by the marketplace or payment provider you buy through. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Their terms govern the transaction itself.

Refunds

Because the product is delivered as source code, a download cannot be returned. If the product does not work as described, contact us with the details and we will either fix the problem or arrange a refund through the marketplace you purchased from.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the application you build with the kit: its compliance, its store listing, its privacy declaration, and its behaviour towards your users. The documentation includes a release checklist, but the release is yours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The product is provided "as is". We document what it does and what it does not do, and the archive ships with the test suite so you can verify its behaviour yourself. We do not warrant that it will meet every requirement of your particular project.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
