The App is intended to help users:

Detect unknown Bluetooth trackers that may be following them
Identify unauthorized devices on their personal WiFi networks
Check for hidden cameras in private spaces (hotels, rentals, etc.)
Analyze metadata in their own photos and videos
Monitor their own device's permission usage

The App is NOT intended and should NOT be used for:

Surveillance of other individuals without consent
Any illegal tracking or monitoring activities
Interference with others' devices or networks
Any activity that violates privacy laws

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store according to their refund policies:

Google Play: Request refunds through Google Play support

HKSolutions does not directly process payments or refunds.

User Responsibilities

By using ShadowGuard Pro, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes and personal privacy protection

Not use the App to violate others' privacy or legal rights
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

ShadowGuard Pro is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Detection of all trackers, hidden cameras, or security threats
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
Accuracy of all detection results (false positives/negatives may occur)
That the App will meet your specific security requirements

Security Notice: While ShadowGuard Pro provides valuable security tools, no software can guarantee 100% detection of all threats. For serious security concerns, we recommend consulting professional security experts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKSolutions Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, privacy, or other intangible losses arising from:

Your use or inability to use the App
Any failure to detect security threats
Any unauthorized access to your data
Any errors or inaccuracies in detection results

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ShadowGuard Pro at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where HKSolutions Technology operates.
