By accessing, installing, or using Web Security Scanner ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Description of Service
Web Security Scanner is an enterprise-grade web application security testing platform that provides automated vulnerability detection across 29 attack categories with 243+ specialized modules.

Authorized Use Policy
Web Security Scanner must only be used to test web applications and systems that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. By using this Platform, you agree to:
- Only scan targets you own or have written permission to test
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Not use the Platform for unauthorized penetration testing
- Not use findings for malicious purposes or unauthorized exploitation
- Maintain proper documentation of authorization for all scans
⚠ Important: Unauthorized scanning of systems you do not own or have permission to test is illegal in most jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before conducting any security scans.
Enterprise Licensing & Multi-Tenancy
Enterprise subscriptions provide multi-tenant access with organizational isolation. Each tenant is responsible for managing user access within their organization. License keys are non-transferable and bound to the subscribing organization.
Subscriptions & Payments
Web Security Scanner offers enterprise subscription tiers with varying feature sets and scan limits:
- Professional: Individual security testers and small teams
- Enterprise: Full feature set with unlimited modules and API access
- Custom: Tailored solutions for large organizations
⚠ Important: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the current billing period. Contact support for cancellation or plan changes.
Intellectual Property
The Web Security Scanner platform, including its detection modules, AI engine, source code, algorithms, and documentation, is the exclusive property of HKSolutions and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Web Security Scanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Detection of all vulnerabilities in any given target
- Zero false positives or false negatives in scan results
- Compatibility with all web technologies or frameworks
- Continuous uninterrupted availability of the Platform
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HKSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Web Security Scanner, including but not limited to damages caused by scanning activities, data loss, or service interruptions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HKSolutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, including any unauthorized scanning activities or violation of third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Web Security Scanner at any time for conduct that violates these Terms, including unauthorized scanning, misuse of the Platform, or failure to maintain valid licensing.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

- Platformu yetkisiz sızma testi için kullanmayın
- Bulguları kötü amaçlı veya yetkisiz istismar için kullanmayın

Garanti Reddi

Richtlinie zur autorisierten Nutzung
Web Security Scanner darf nur zum Testen von Webanwendungen und Systemen verwendet werden, die Ihnen gehören oder für die Sie eine ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung zum Testen haben.
⚠ Wichtig: Das unbefugte Scannen von Systemen, die Sie nicht besitzen oder für die Sie keine Testberechtigung haben, ist in den meisten Rechtsordnungen illegal. Sie tragen die alleinige Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Autorisierung.
Abonnements & Zahlungen
- Professional: Einzelne Sicherheitstester und kleine Teams
- Enterprise: Volles Feature-Set mit unbegrenzten Modulen und API-Zugang
- Custom: Maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für große Organisationen
⚠ Wichtig: Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 30 Tage vor Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums gekündigt werden.
Geistiges Eigentum
Die Web Security Scanner Plattform ist das ausschließliche Eigentum von HKSolutions. Reverse Engineering, Dekompilierung oder Weiterverbreitung ist streng verboten.
Gewährleistungsausschluss
Web Security Scanner wird ohne jegliche Gewährleistung „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren nicht die Erkennung aller Schwachstellen, die Abwesenheit von False Positives oder die ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit.
Haftungsbeschränkung
Im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang haftet HKSolutions nicht für indirekte, beiläufige, spezielle oder Folgeschäden, die aus der Nutzung von Web Security Scanner entstehen.
Anwendbares Recht

Exclusion de garanties
Web Security Scanner est fourni « tel quel » sans aucune garantie. Nous ne garantissons pas la détection de toutes les vulnérabilités, l'absence de faux positifs, ni la disponibilité continue.
Limitation de responsabilité
