Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Islamic Asistan (the "Platform"), operated by HKSolutions Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the Platform.

Eligibility

To use Islamic Asistan, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
• Agree to use the Platform in accordance with Islamic ethics and these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Islamic Content Standards

All content published on the Platform must:

• Be consistent with Islamic values and ethics
• Be respectful of all Muslims regardless of madhab or background
• Not promote sectarianism, extremism, or hatred
• Be based on authentic Islamic sources when making religious claims
• Respect scholars and Islamic knowledge

Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following is strictly prohibited on Islamic Asistan:

• Haram content of any kind (sexual, violent, blasphemous)
• Content that attacks or disrespects Islam, Muslims, or other religions
• Promotion of extremism, terrorism, or political violence
• Spreading false religious information or bid'ah without clarification
• Harassment, bullying, or abuse of other users
• Spam, scam, or fraudulent activities
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of others' content
• Impersonating scholars, public figures, or other users
• Using the Platform for commercial advertising without permission

Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Islamic Asistan. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Content you have published may be removed. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of account deletion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Islamic Asistan is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

Religious content on the Platform is provided by content creators and does not necessarily represent the views of HKSolutions. We encourage users to verify religious information with qualified scholars.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
