By downloading or using ReceiptVault ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
ReceiptVault grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
ReceiptVault is free to download and use with core features. An optional one-time premium upgrade unlocks additional features (such as unlimited receipts, export and extra options). Purchases are processed by the app store and are subject to its terms.
All payments and refunds are handled by Google Play (or, where available, the Apple App Store). We cannot process payments or issue refunds directly; please use the store's refund process.
ReceiptVault helps you record and get reminded about warranty and return periods. However, these reminders are based on the information you enter and on general assumptions. They are provided as a convenience only.
Your data is stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. We have no copy of your data and cannot recover it if your device is lost, damaged or reset, or if you forget your backup password.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HKSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
