Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any HKSolutions application ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.

These terms apply to all HKSolutions applications:

Description of Services

HKSolutions Technology develops and publishes mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Our applications are designed to provide useful functionality while respecting user privacy.

Privacy Vault: Secure encrypted storage for photos, videos, documents, and passwords
ShadowGuard Pro: Comprehensive privacy & security scanner with 15 modules

User Responsibilities

By using our Apps, you agree to:

Use the Apps in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Apps
Not use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
Not interfere with or disrupt the Apps' functionality
Not distribute, sell, or transfer the Apps without authorization
Accept full responsibility for your use of the Apps' features

Subscriptions & Payments

Some of our Apps offer premium features through subscription plans or one-time purchases:

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage subscriptions in your device's store settings
One-time purchases (lifetime access) do not auto-renew

Important: We do not directly process payments. All transactions are handled securely by Apple or Google. Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store.

Intellectual Property

All HKSolutions applications, including their design, logos, code, and content, are the intellectual property of HKSolutions Technology and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
Accuracy or reliability of any third-party content
That the Apps will meet your specific requirements
Detection of all security threats (for security apps)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKSolutions Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of our Apps.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
